The Cadet Development Strategy for being Smart Worriors of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to present the strategy of the cadetdevelopment for being the smart warriors in the next decade. This research was amixed method research consisted of the qualitative and quantitative research. Thequalitative research was done by in-depth interview in 30 persons of the CRMAexecutives, staffs and instructors. The quantitative research was done by sampling agroup of 400 cadets. This group was selected by quota sampling. The informationwas collected by multi-level rating scale questionnaires with reliability rate 0.97 andanalyzed by statistical analysis through percentage, average, standard deviationcoefficient, and multiple regression hypothesis testing.The findings were: The strategy of the cadet development for being thesmart warriors in the part of physical, emotional, intellectual, and socialdevelopment in general has the most agreement in the average and agreement inevery part.
