Factors Related to The Efficiency of The Sangha Administration of The Sangha Administrators in Nontaburi Province

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are i) to study the efficiency administration of Buddhist Sangha Administrators in Nontaburi Province and ii) to study factors relating for the efficiency administration. The research is survey research.

The samples in this research are Buddhist Sangha Administrators that are Abbots, Associate abbot and Assistant abbot as of administrators in Nontaburi that have sampling with 180 targets of Buddhist Sangha Administrators by stratified

sampling. Data collections are conducted using questionnaire with check list and rating scale with 5 scales. Data analysis was used Statistical Package for the Social Science and used statistic are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Chi  Square Test and Pearson's product moment Correlation Coefficient. Statistical significance was 0.05 level of significance. 

Findings of the research were concluded as follows :

1. The efficiency administration of Buddhist Sangha Administrators in Nontaburi Province was found at the high level that average 4.19. When considered in each aspects that Buddhist Sangha Administrators have Administration'' s skill all

functions. 

2. Buddhist Sangha Administrators in Nontaburi Province have leadership in high level that average 3.69. When considered in each aspects that Buddhist  Sangha Administrators have Administration' s skill all functions. 

3. Buddhist Sangha Administrators have efficiency in administration in high level that average 4.25 and When considered in each aspects that Buddhist Sangha Administrators have Administration' s skill all functions.

4. The results for personal factors such as position, age, year of ordination, education of Sangha administrators in Nontaburi province found that all of it were not related with efficiency of the Sangha administration of the Sangha

administrators in Nontaburi province thus the hypothesis were rejected.

5. Skill factors for administration in Buddhist Sangha Administrators and leadership' Buddhist Sangha Administrators found that administration skill for Buddhist Sangha Administrators in Nontaburi Province have positive factors relation

with efficiency in administration. In overall have significant at 0.01 and aspects that skill for administration have low level (Correlation coefficient is 0.233) though leadership' Buddhist Sangha Administrators have not factors relative with efficiency in administration in Nontaburi Province.
