Abstract
Small size Organization Efficiency article is presented about work administration of Small size organization with Quality of cooperation and teamwork in organization. This article have objective to present the way to improve
organization which have efficiency. Efficiency Organization must be depend on 4 basics such as staff's discipline, Staff's opinion, staff's work process and work continuous. It will support by good leadership in organization. Merit Ethics staff.
Quality of work and Haman Resource Management System. Beside that small size organization efficiency must be use Buddhist Way. Then leadership will be plan. Organize, Command, Control, Vision and human relationship.
Every size organization have work process with Organization Development and work with Buddhist way. It will become to be potential, Quality in whole organization
