Knowledge Management according to Buddhadhamma In Schools of Nakhon Sawan Province.

Abstract

The objectives of this study entitled “Knowledge Management of Schools in NakornSawan Province according to Buddhadhamma' were of three; 1) to study concept, theories of knowledge management of schools in Nakorn Sawan province, 2) to analytically study problems of knowledge management of schools in Nakorn Sawan province according to Buddhadhamma, and 3) to propose the method of knowledge management of schools in Nakorn Sawan province according to Buddhadhamma Findings were as follows: 1. The integration of concept, theories of knowledge management with Buddhadhamma was found that the administrators put into real practice knowledge management at schools in NakornSawan province. The principles that brought knowledge to organizations were Su., listening, Ji., thinking, Pu. Asking and Li., writing. The condition of problems of knowledge management at schools in NakornSawan province was found that problems consisted of 5 principal problems. They were 1) the knowledge management administrators, 2) attitude, ideas and behavior of personnel, 3) educational integration of schools, 4) knowledge management culture, 5) plan for knowledge management; lacking of team work, difficult coordination, insufficient management of time and budget, and information communication technology and the approach to the knowledge management of schools in NakornSawan Province according to Buddhadhamma was that administrators must create a good model for management, including good model of knowledge management at schools in Nakorn Sawan province. Society keep an eye on school administrators in everymovement. Therefore, the integrated knowledge management of organization, personnel, learning centers, management, with four functions. They were knowledge management administrators, attitude, opinions and behaviors of personnel, educational integration, knowledge management plan, knowledge management culture promoting the administration of the four functions will enhance the duty performance by knowledge management. Organizational morale of personnel, forgiveness, competency, responsibility, punishing the wrong, and promoting the good and encouraged personnel.
