Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an information program for internal quality assurance in education Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research and development had four phases. First phase - conceptual framework, population consist of textbooks, articles and research related to the development of information programs for quality assurance in educational institutions, 75 specimens were selected. The research’s tools are record forms, data collections, research concepts, used study method, research, principle concept and the development of information programs for quality assurance in educational institution theories from texts, articles and related researches. Used content analysis method. Second phase - design, create and develop an information program for internal quality assurance in education by synthesis between structure of internal quality assurance with 4 computer programs include: data collection, processing, display and database using PHP language and My SQL database management system, then evaluate the suitability and feasibility of an information program, population database consists of 5 specialists from computer program development and internal quality assurance. The research tools are

1) diagram / structure of information programs for internal quality assurance in educational institutions. 2)the program suitability and feasibility evaluate forms, data collections to analyze and improve the application, used mean and standard deviation as statistic’s tools. Third phase – find the efficiency of an information program for internal quality assurance in educational institute, population consist of 9 experts in computer program development and internal quality assurance educational institute. The research tools are 1) the information program for internal quality assurance in education institute. 2) program performance evaluator datasheets gathering by using the information program for quality assurance educational institute to try and answer program performance evaluator datasheets, used mean and standard deviation as statistic’s tools. Fourth phase - trial the development of an information program for internal quality assurance in education Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, population consist of Administrators, Teachers in charge of internal quality assurance, Master of class and Teacher total 55 persons on 5 schools. The research tools are
1) information program for internal quality assurance in education Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) program performance evaluator datasheets gathering by using the information program for quality assurance educational institute to try and answer program performance evaluator datasheets, used mean and standard deviation as statistic’s tools.

The result was found: First phase: the standard and indicator of quality assurance educational institute research framework results are 5 aspects 15 standards 65 indicators Second phase: The results of designing, creating and development of information program for internal quality assurance educational institute have adopted standards and indicators combined with 4 computer programs include: data collection, processing, display and database to create an information program for internal quality assu ance educational institute. This research found that the suitability and feasibility was very good level (  = 4.64, S.D. = 0.46). The suitability and feasibility by descending order was program security (  = 4.80, S.D. = 0.45), then program performance (  = 4.65, S.D. = 0.41), program utilization (  = 4.56, S.D. = 0.49) Third phase: the program performance test results by 9 experts, such as adding details of interest to the webpage. The screen design for each entry is formatted, tailored to the user's applications and increases the font size. Fourth phase: the efficiency results by using an information program for internal quality assurance in education Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the efficiency of the program was very good level (  = 4.79, SD = 0.40).The descending order evaluated results was program performance (  = 4.85, SD =0.36), then program security (  = 4.81, SD = 0.39), program utilization (  = 4.75,S.D. = 0.42).
