Abstract

The objective of this study were to present A general conditions of human
capital competency development of Bangkok Metropolis were that: 1) Virtual
ethics; personnel had well behavior and good conduct according to ethical morality
with good sense of self, duty and official professional responsibility and integrity, 2)
Good service; the behavior indicating intention, effort and readiness to render good
service for people and dedication to response to the needs of the people who
came for services, 3) Achievement tentativeness; dedication to perform duty for
achievement as set for by work standard or the quality of work set by rules, 4)
Teamwork; working as a team with friendly behavior , enabling to work together
with others and listening to others in the team and ability to create and maintain
relationship with other co-workers and 5) Experience accumulation; effort, interest
and eagerness to seek for new knowledge for self development continuously as
well as self development, improvement with new knowledge and technology for
the duty achievement.
Buddhadhamma for human capital competency development of Bangkok
Metropolis were: 1) Sila; education, discipline, rules, regulations, habits and social
roles development of the organization so that the human capitals would have
been well disciplined to support human capital competency development of
Bangkok Metropolis, 2) Samathi, training, the virtual morality development to
enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness, human capital efficiency,
physical and mental strength to support well being and mental health in
maintaining working competency, 3) Panya; development, virtual morality
promotion for good service, achievement and teamwork, job experience accumulation, problems solving by mean of Ariyacacca 4, the 4 noble truth. When
problems arise, learn and analyze the cause, hypothesize after the problems were
solved and solve the problems with the path, means.
