ADMINISTRATION TO STRENGTHENS TO HELP COMMUNITY ON THE SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY : LEARNING INTITUTE FOR EVERYONE CHAIYAPHOM PROVINCE.

Abstract

The purposes of the research are 1. To study the normal of Chaiyaphum Learning Institute For Everyone (LIFE) and that of the community of Ban Nakoh,
Moo 7,Thungnalao Sub-district, Konsarn, Chaiyaphum concerning with strengthening community using the sufficiency economy philosophy 2. To study its problems 3.
To study how to strengthen the community. This is the qualitative research based on written documents, interview, group discussion and observation. The result
revealed that 1. The community strengthening of Ban Nakoh depended on learning process managed by the community and the LIFE of Chaiyaphum, learnt by the
leader and the members to achieve the cooperative development. 2. Its problems were the lack of support and promotion local and cultural economy, new
innovation, inside and outside community network, intergrated fund, public service mindsetting, local employment, leadership building, local rite carrier, budget
integrating management, awareness of using natural resources, folk wisdom resources, knowledge of sufficiency economy philosophy as well as ignorance the
country community and folk wisdom. 3. The processes to achieve on community strength and stability were changing the government section to a supporter,
promoting new public service mindsetting, cooperating both in and out community, acknowledging and building awareness of the change, choosing wisely and using the

sufficiency economy philosophy properly according to the normal of the community.
