THE GUIDELINES FOR GOOD BUSINESS PERFORMANCE WITH SERVICE INNOVATIONS FOR RESORTS IN THAILAND

The purposes of this research were to find 1. the key types of service innovations for resorts in Thailand. 2. the steps to launch service innovations for
resorts in Thailand 3. the benefits of service innovations for resorts in Thailand. This research study utilized in-depth interviewing with semi-structured questions of 24
key informants, purposively selected, such as 12 top management of resorts in Thailand, 7 academic experts in service innovation and 5 governmental officials
The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The key types of service innovations for resorts in Thailand were safety,
new technology, and eco-friendly. 2. The steps to launch service innovation for resorts in Thailand were plan, do, evaluate and improve.
3. The benefits of service innovations for resorts in Thailand were increasing efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction, increasing market share, increasing sales
volume and profits.
