SYSTEMATIC THINKING AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION TO DRIVE FOR KNOWLEDGE BASED SOCIETY

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between
dynamic system and development strategy towards knowledge-based society, the
study of Rajabhat University; Rattanakosin Group. The methodology of research was
the integration between the questionnaires and the analytic concept of driving
force and the variable of social environmental system and the ways of self-adjust
of higher educational institutions with the drive of economic and the knowledge
based society.
The result revealed that profile of archetypal model was able to find out
findable and reflected the relationship of variation behavior. Model of systematic
thinking was able to find out and the perfection to see the relationship with
educational factor of knowledge based society. From the analysis of relationship
system, composition and internal factor of learning with the systematic relationship
and social change lead to the seeing of the linkage system and understanding the
world views higher educational institutions to a new paradigm and enhancing the
skills of organizations. Additionally, the study of knowledge-based society was study
through the systematic relationship analysis, composition and internal learning
factor and relative dynamic factor. Social change or external social factor leads to
systemic interacting, world view of university education and also paradigm shift of
learning, in order to enhance management skills of organization in individualism
level and organization level or university level
