การจัดการความเสี่ยงของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม กรณีศึกษา ภาคบริการในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล เพื่อนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนขององค์กร

การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของโอกาสและความรุนแรงของความเสี่ยงธุรกิจประเภทวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมกับการจัดการความเสี่ยง และประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการความเสี่ยง และ (2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่มีประสิทธิภาพของ วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมเพื่อความยั่งยืนองค์กร งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในภาคบริการ จำนวน 367 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงอนุมาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ การวิเคราะห์เส้นทางและการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโมเดลความสัมพันธ์ของโอกาสและความรุนแรงของความเสี่ยงธุรกิจประเภทวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม กับการจัดการความเสี่ยงและประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการความเสี่ยง ด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง พบว่า ผลโดยภาพรวมมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เนื่องจากค่า CFI GFI NFI ที่ได้จากการทดสอบมีค่าเข้าใกล้ 1 ทุกตัวแปร และค่า p-value มีค่าน้อยกว่า 0.05 และ จากการศึกษาการจัดการความเสี่ยงมีรับอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการความเสี่ยงโดยตรง พบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพการจัดการความเสี่ยง ได้รับอิทธิพลจากการจัดการความเสี่ยงในทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.77 ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยง พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีส่วนสำคัญที่สุดคือ การทบทวนและการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงาน และค่ารองลงมาคือ การสื่อสารและการรายงานเป้าหมายผลการดำเนินงาน การกำหนดกลยุทธ์และวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร ตามลำดับ และในปัจจัยมีค่านํ้าหนักที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่น้อยที่สุดคือการกำกับดูแลและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
