About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Journal of Innovation and Management Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is an academic journal, and the main objective of the journal is to promote and disseminate quality and innovative academic research in the humanities and social sciences within 5 specific disciplines, namely

        (1) General Business, Management and Accounting

        (2) Management Information Systems

        (3) Management of Technology and Innovation

        (4) Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management

        (5) Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Management

Peer Review Process

• Each article will be reviewed by a peer review committee of 3 experts (articles with external authors will be reviewed by internal and external experts, while articles written by internal authors will be reviewed by external experts). Every article will be reviewed by experts in the relevant field of study and received approval from the editorial team before publication. The journal uses an evaluation format in which the experts reviewing the article do not know the name of the article's author, and the author does not know the names of the experts reviewing the article. (Double-Blind Peer Review)
