Abstract

          The purpose of this research were to 1) to compare the personal factors between working commitment with employees of the Company Sammitr Motors Manufacturing Public Company Limited 2) To study the influence of perception of organization climate on working commitment of employee in Company Sammit Motors Manufacturing Public Company Limited (285 employees) the instruments used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and standard deviation. Testing the value of One way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) Employee commitment Sammit Motors Manufacturing Public Company Limited had a statistically significant difference in gender, age and education. 2)The perception of organizational was not significantly different on employee commitment Samitivej Motors Manufacturing Public Company Limited in all factors. Life on Career Part (β =0.49), Reward (β = 0.31) Supportive (β = 0.25) Participation (β = 0.23). The factor has the power to predict 45%.
