Abstract

          This research purpose is 1) to study the environment of layer chickens farmer in the time of“Thailand 3.0”. 2) To study the way to adapt to “Thailand 4.0” of the layer chickens farmer. 3) To definethe strategy to analyze the way to adapt for layer chickens farmer in “Thailand 4.0” Qualitative ResearchMethodology Specify the sample are 6 layer chickens farms in Song Pee Nong District, Supanburi. Researchtools are Interviews and Observations and data analysis tools Supply chain analysis, Fishbone diagramanalysis, SWOT analysis and strategy using TOWS Matrix. The research found that Supply chain analysis of chicken hens has 3 components. 1) The flow of chicken hen activities has 4 activities. (1) Chick (2) chicken (3) young chickens and (3) egg laying. 2) The flowof money caused by the flow of activity has 4 cost activities. (1) The cost of Chick is about 1.2 baht per day.(2) The cost of chicken is about 1.2 baht per day (3) the cost of young chickens is about 1.4 baht per day.And (4) the cost of egg laying was about 1.4 baht per day. 3) The flow of information is the process of linking inputs from suppliers to farmers and from farmers to intermediaries until the final consumer. Chickenfarmers have significant strengths are the production management system is good and the quality is high.Weaknesses found that are Eggs cost more than eggs. As a result, the number of chicken farmers decreased.Supporting factors for egg farmers are the necessity for consumption. The market is expanding bothdomestically and internationally. The hurdles that affect government farmers have played a role in controlling egg prices. Farmers cannot raise the price of produce other than the government announced price. For guidelines for determining appropriate strategies for chicken farmers in the
"Thailand 4.0" Shoulduse proactive and integrated strategies to fit the situation. To create a sustainable competitive advantage.
