Abstract

          The aim of this research is to study and produce guidelines for the process of export document: a case study of Mitsui soko (Thailand) co., ltd. The purpose is to study the process steps in documenting of export documents, and to study the way to document the export declaration efficiency of the Departments. This will lead to improved working methods by implementing the concept of continuous improvement work or Kaizen concept, it is a concept in education to improve performance in the field of time. And the accuracy of the document to make a thorough review of the delivery. Increase the number of visits. Arrange for incoming documents Negotiate with customers for product export information. And the documents used to ship the package at least 1 2 days before the Estimate time of departure (ETD). By collecting the employee's work time data one week before the update and after the one week update, the result is as follows: This principle can reduce the time employees spend working on documents sent export declaration delivery to the customer. The past takes an average of 29 hours 50 minutes. Can reduce the average time to only 7 hours. Principles of coordinated monitoring and to negotiate with customers for information export of goods and documents. Used to make at least 1 2 days before the Estimate time of departure (ETD) can reduce waiting time for documents from customers, waiting 1 2 days to reduce the document to 4 5 hours on average and in the accuracy of the documents, from the original documented errors to 70% of the total work in a week. The new method of repair can reduce the error of the delivery of documents up to 100%. All Jobs in 1 week.
