Abstract

The Research of “The Development of The Phrapariyatidham School towards the excellent.” has the objectives; to examine the current status and the problem determination of the school and to search of the components and the Development Form to Make the School become excellence. The Researcher used the qualitative research Methodology by the triangulation data. The data collecting took place with the 18 Key informants such as the specialists, the professionals, the administrators, teachers and educational staff in the the Phrapariyatidham school.The results of the research are as follows;


          The current status of the Phrapariyatidham school are the clergy school image even though there are the general education teaching in each school. This image makes the school lack of the budgets and other activites  supporting especially the human resources such as the administrators,the teacher also the students are found the limitations. The components to develop are 3 aspects; 1) the organizational competencies include (1)organizational structure, (2) environmental atmosphere,(3) organization of learning, and (4)educational technology. 2) the personel competencies include (1)  the administrators (2) the teachers and (3) the learners; and 3) the community competencies include (1) school support (2) resource mobilization, and (3) monitoring The develop forms are to build the competencies of those three components for excellence.


             The researcher recommend that the Policy formulation makers must focus on the policy accuracy of the 21st Century education. And the students must be designed to develop their competency themselves to modify themselves in the present social and the real world.
