The Buddhist Integrated Educational Institution Administration into High Performance Organizations for Schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office

The objectives of this research were; 1) To study the status of institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) To study Dhamma principles and integration of Dhamma in institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) To evaluate the Buddhist integration in institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office. The mixed research methods were used in the study by in-depth interview with 3 key-informants, focus group discussions with 10 key-informants, and questionnaires from 368 subjects. The data were analyzed by content analysis and statistical analysis.
The results of the study found that: The status of institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office; the experienced teachers in curriculum development were in need in every school, the work and administration in school must be improved, PDCA, good governance, ethics, transparency, accountability, teamwork, and institutional values should be implemented in school.
The development of a guideline in Buddhist integration in institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office; there are 2 factors, (1) school internal and external environment, and (2) Buddhist integration in institution administration into high performance organizations.
The evaluation of Buddhist integration in institution administration into high performance organizations for schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office; accuracy was at the highest level, possibility, advantage, and appropriateness were at the high level.
