การสร้างตัวแบบกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้แก่แกนนำเยาวชน ในสภาวะแปลกแยกในสังคมสมัยใหม่จังหวัดลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมการเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้แก่เยาวชน ในสภาวะแปลกแยกในสังคมสมัยใหม่ จังหวัดลำปาง 2) สร้างตัวแบบกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน และ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของตัวแบบ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วย เชิงปริมาณ เชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เยาวชนในระบบการศึกษา จำนวน 389 คน นักกิจกรรมสำหรับเยาวชน 5 คน แกนนำเยาวชน 8 คน และ นักจิตวิทยาวัยรุ่น 2 คน ใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และชุดปฏิบัติการ และวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรอิสระที่มีต่อตัวแปรตามใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาประกอบเพื่อใช้ในการอธิบายถึงสถานการณ์หรือแนวโน้มที่จะเกิดขึ้น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับการเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน ได้แก่ การอยู่อาศัยตามบิดา-มารดา (OR = 5.99, p < 0.05) ระดับการศึกษา โดยเฉพาะมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (OR = 2.52, p < 0.001) และค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือน โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม 5,000 บาทขึ้นไป (OR = 2.13, p < 0.01) และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระดับหลายตัวแปร (Multivariate Analysis) พบว่า เมื่อควบคุมตัวแปรอื่น ตัวแปรที่ยังคงมีอิทธิพลต่อการเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันในสภาวะแปลกแยก ได้แก่ อายุ การอยู่อาศัย ระดับการศึกษา และจำนวนสมาชิกที่อาศัยร่วมกัน โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายการแปรผันได้ ร้อยละ 2.2 (R² = 0.022) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 2) การเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้แก่เยาวชนในสภาวะแปลกแยกในสังคมสมัยใหม่ ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสร้างความคุ้นเคยและบรรยากาศ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาทักษะหลัก และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การบูรณาการและสะท้อนผล และ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลตัวแบบการกิจกรรม สามารถจำแนกออกเป็น 5 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ การพัฒนาความตระหนักรู้ในการเสริมสร้างทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์ การปรับปรุงความสามารถในการจัดการเวลาและการวางแผนการพัฒนาทักษะทางสังคมและการสื่อสาร และการเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในบทบาทผู้นำ
