การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของรเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยอาศัยกรอบกรอบแนวคิดรัฐบาลดิจิทัล การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตสาทร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การทดสอบค่า t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร ( = 4.03) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านงานบุคคลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด สะท้อนถึงการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการจัดเก็บและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลบุคลากร การดำเนินการด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ และกระบวนการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ความถูกต้อง และความรวดเร็วในการปฏิบัติงาน รองลงมาคือ ด้านงานบริการประชาชน และด้านงานงบประมาณ ขณะที่ด้านงานบริหารทั่วไปมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า บุคลากรที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ และรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในสำนักงานเขตสาทร แตกต่างกัน ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
