การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถาบันโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถาบันโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์ ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ วิสัยทัศน์และนโยบาย โครงสร้างพื้นฐานดิจิทัล การจัดการเรียนการสอน บุคลากรและสมรรถนะครู การมีส่วนร่วมและการสื่อสาร การบริหารจัดการและประกันคุณภาพ และคุณธรรมและความปลอดภัยดิจิทัล และ 2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์ประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษา กระบวนการพัฒนา การประเมินผลการดำเนินการและเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ
