บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่ม 3) ศึกษาความความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่ม 4) ศึกษาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่ม ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยใช้กลุ่มประชากรในการศึกษา คือ สถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่ม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 2 จำนวน 23 แห่ง โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 132 คน ได้จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธี Enter
ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลง ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.50, S.D. = 0.50) 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่มในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.54, S.D. = 0.32) 3) ความความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r = .703) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้ง 4 ด้าน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบางกระทุ่ม ได้ร้อยละ 91.8
