อนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะของครูคณิตศาสตร์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ. 2565-2574)

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของครูคณิตศาสตร์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2565-2574) ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยอนาคตแบบเดลฟายและชาติพันธุ์วรรณา จำนวน 3 รอบ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์อนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะของครูคณิตศาสตร์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 8 ประเด็น มีค่าความสอดคล้อง 1.00 และ 2) แบบสอบถามอนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะของครูคณิตศาสตร์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 55 ประเด็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) ค่ามัธยฐาน 2) ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และ 3) การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะของครูคณิตศาสตร์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2565-2574) ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน 55 คุณลักษณะ คือ 1) ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ 8 คุณลักษณะ 2) ด้านความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในศาสตร์ที่สอน 10 คุณลักษณะ 3) ด้านความเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ 7 คุณลักษณะ 4) ด้านการใช้ภาษาและการถ่ายทอดความรู้ 7 คุณลักษณะ 5) ด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี 9 คุณลักษณะ 6) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน 8 คุณลักษณะ และ 7) ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 6 คุณลักษณะ
