บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำครู ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ 2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ 4) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R&D) โดยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบ ระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และระยะที่ 4 การศึกษาประสิทธิผลรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ แบบประเมินภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ (1) ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและเพื่อนครู (2) ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (3) ด้านบุคลิกภาพเหมาะสมกับความเป็นครู (4) ด้านศักยภาพในการใช้เทคโนโลยี (5) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ และ (6) ด้านความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ตามลำดับ 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนต้น แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา กระบวนการพัฒนา สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดประเมินผล และจากประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ โดยภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนต้น แขวงสะหวัน-นะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีค่าความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนต้น แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ในการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงและการใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปกติใหม่ มีพัฒนาการเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมีค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้าเท่ากับ 67.76
