บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยในระยะที่ 1 จากทั้งหมด 3 ระยะของโครงการวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการวิจัยบนพื้นฐานหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ทางการแพทย์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการวิจัยบนพื้นฐานหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ทางการแพทย์ ผู้วิจัยใช้กระบวนการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบบันทึกประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาด้วยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ และเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผ่านการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 7 คน จากกลุ่มประชากรได้แก่ ผู้บริหารคณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาล ผู้บริหารหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมแพทย์ อาจารย์แพทย์ และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหาที่พบในการจัดหลักสูตรอบรมให้กับแพทย์ก็คือ แพทย์มีเวลาจำกัดทำให้บางครั้งไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่ตนเองสนใจได้ หรือเข้าร่วมอบรมได้ไม่ครบตามชั่วโมงการเรียนที่กำหนดไว้ 2) ความต้องการของแพทย์ในการจัดหลักสูตรอบรม ก็คือ การจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทางการวิจัยบนพื้นฐานหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ทางการแพทย์ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นในการเรียนรู้ซึ่งสามารถเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเองโดยมีผู้จัดโปรแกรมช่วยวางแผนในการเรียน ทั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกใช้การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานระหว่างการอบรมในห้องเรียนและการอบรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์
