บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และภาคีเครือข่าย จำนวน 39 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าความสอดคล้อง 0.80-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 แบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ มีค่าความสอดคล้อง 0.80-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 2) การสร้างรูปแบบ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้ประเด็นการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบสอบถามความเป็นไปได้ 3) การทดลองใช้รูปแบบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และภาคีเครือข่าย จำนวน 39 คน และนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดเขียน จำนวน 180 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติงานตามรูปแบบ และแบบประเมินคุณภาพนักเรียน และ 4) การประเมินรูปแบบ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และภาคีเครือข่าย จำนวน 39 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนลำดับที่ 1 ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งต่อ 2) รูปแบบ มี 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) หลักการ (2) วัตถุประสงค์ (3) กลไก (4) การดำเนินการ (5) การประเมินผล และ (6) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ผลการปฏิบัติงานตามรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และคะแนนประเมินคุณภาพนักเรียนหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบโดยรวมสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ 4) รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
