บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เพื่อศึกษาสร้างความเข้าใจด้วยการวิเคราะห์และอธิบายความเชื่อมโยงของบริบทและอำนาจทางการเมืองในสังคมร่วมสมัยจากอิทธิพลของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย การทำความเข้าใจสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมในยุคดิจิทัล ลักษณะของสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมภายใต้บริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และผลกระทบของดิจิทัลดิสรัปชันที่มีต่อกระบวนการสื่อสาร การแสดงออก และความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจในบริบททางการเมือง
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้พลิกโฉมโครงสร้างและรูปแบบการสื่อสารทางการเมืองอย่างสิ้นเชิง ซึ่งประชาชนสามารถใช้แพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลเพื่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูล การแสดงออก และการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในการขับเคลื่อนข้อเรียกร้องและความต้องการอย่างเสรีและเท่าเทียม และก่อเกิดกลุ่มอัตลักษณ์สื่อทางวัฒนธรรมและสังคมการเมืองร่วมสมัยยิ่งขึ้น ในขณะที่เสรีภาพการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมาพร้อมกับความท้าทายและความขัดแย้งเนื่องมาจากข้อมูลบิดเบือน ข่าวปลอม และการคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ ซึ่งมีเพียง พ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2560 เป็นกลไกลทางกฎหมายกำกับดูแลเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตของอำนาจรัฐและการคุ้มครองสิทธิพลเมือง ผู้เขียนจึงนำผลการวิเคราะห์เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการพัฒนาบริบททางการเมืองอย่างสร้างสรรค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมยุคดิจิทัลที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนานโยบายและกฎหมายเพื่อการปกป้องสิทธิพลเมือง การพัฒนาและส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเพื่อสร้างสันติสุขและพื้นที่ปลอดภัยของสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล และการพัฒนาจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบด้วยการส่งเสริมทักษะรู้เท่าทันสื่อ ส่งเสริมเนื้อหาสร้างสรรค์ ร่วมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนพื้นฐานของความเคารพเหตุผลและด้วยความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเสริมสร้างประชาธิปไตยที่เท่าเทียมและยั่งยืนในยุคดิจิทัลดิสรัปชันอย่างแท้จริง
