บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา ระดับของทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การจัดการความรู้ นวัตกรรมองค์กร ความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน และความเข้มแข็งของวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครนายก การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครนายก รวม 340 คน ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างกำหนดโดยใช้เกณฑ์ 20 เท่าของตัวแปรสังเกต ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวเลข จากบัญชีสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การจัดการความรู้ นวัตกรรมองค์กร และความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ความเข้มแข็งของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
