บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษาจากสถานศึกษาที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องที่ใช้ คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ แหล่งข้อมูล คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของร่างรูปแบบ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 50 คน และครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานบริหารวิชาการ จำนวน 50 คน รวมจำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักการของรูปแบบ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบด้วย 3.1) ปัจจัยการบริหาร3.2) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ 3.3) ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารจัดการ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 การประเมินรูปแบบ องค์ประกอบที่ 5 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จของรูปแบบ ซึ่งรูปแบบการบริหารที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ มีความเป็นไปได้และเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
