รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยแบ่งขั้นตอนการวิจัยเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 325 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 2) การสร้างรูปแบบฯ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 3) การทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 50 คน โดยสมัครใจ และ 4) การประเมินรูปแบบฯ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 50 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 แบบสัมภาษณ์ ประเด็นการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบสอบถามความเป็นไปได้ แบบทดสอบ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 ด้านการมีจิตสาธารณะ 2) ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ วิธีดำเนินการ กลไกการบริหาร แนวทางการประเมิน และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า คะแนนประเมินความรู้และระดับพฤติกรรมหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา และ 4) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า ด้านความเหมาะสมและด้านความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
