บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการตามแนวคิดการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการตามแนวคิดการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการตามแนวคิดการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา และ 4) เพื่อตรวจสอบและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการตามแนวคิดการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุนัยยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 540 คน ด้วยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของบุคลากรทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาและการสอน ปีการศึกษา 2566-2567 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินคุณภาพแนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 และความเชื่อมั่น 0.990 และ 0.993 ตามลำดับ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการตามแนวคิดการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล คือ นวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ มี 4 องค์ประกอบ และการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ตามลำดับ 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านปัจจัยภายในด้านนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ ในภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.693 และด้านปัจจัยภายในด้านการบริหารนวัตกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล ในภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.752 ตามลำดับ 3) การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ ผ่านการวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบนวัตกรรม โดยมีค่า Chi-Square = 4265.095, df =2320, P-value = 0.057 และ RMSEA = 0.038 และ 4) การตรวจสอบและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของนวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการ พบว่า นวัตกรรมมีความเป็นไปได้และเหมาะสม
