การพัฒนาสมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ต้นแบบด้วยสันตินวัตกรรม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการจำเป็น แนวคิดทฤษฎีและ หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) นำเสนอสันตินวัตกรรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ต้นแบบ จังหวัดปทุมธานี ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี แบบทดลองนำร่อง โดยการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 27 รูป/คน การสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 6 ท่าน และกลุ่มทดลองเป็นอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี 14 ท่าน ประเมินผลด้วยแบบวัดสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ การสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม การสะท้อนคิด วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติ t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แกนนำอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี ควรได้รับการพัฒนาตนเอง ได้แก่ การมองเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การสื่อสารเชิงบวกและใช้สื่อกฎหมายและสิทธิของประชาชน การวิเคราะห์ชุมชน การทำแผนที่ชุมชน การแก้ปัญหากับเครือข่ายและชุมชน แนวคิดการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ การพัฒนาจิตอาสา หลักพุทธสันติวิธี ได้แก่ หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 กับหัวใจผู้ให้ หลักอริยสัจ 4 กับการทำงานคิดวิเคราะห์รอบด้าน ลักวุฑฒิธรรม 4 กับการปรับตัวในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ 2) สันตินวัตกรรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคง ได้หลักสูตรพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ต้นแบบ เป็นการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3 วัน และปฏิบัติการภาคสนาม 1 เดือน เนื้อหาอบรมประกอบด้วย 5 Module กลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังทดลองมีคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะของอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ค่า t-test = 7.83 ที่สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปขยายผลต่อกับอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ ในพื้นที่ 7 อำเภอ องค์ความรู้วิจัย คืออาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ Spirit Model
