บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษจำนวน 305 คน ได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนารูปแบบ จำนวน 12 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประเมินรูปแบบ จำนวน 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบประเมินรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.76 2. รูปแบบการส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ วิธีการดำเนินการและเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ในส่วนของวิธีการดำเนินการ ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความรู้ โดยการส่งเสริมความรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีในการผลิตโค การคัดเลือกพันธุ์ การป้องกันและรักษาโรค 2) ด้านการผลิต โดยการส่งเสริมการผลิตโคขุนคุณภาพสูงและได้มาตรฐานการจัดการด้านสุขภาพ การเลี้ยงด้วยอาหารโภชนาการสูงและแร่ธาตุอาหารเสริม 3) ด้านการตลาด โดยการส่งเสริมระบบตลาดในหลากหลายรูปแบบ การสร้างเอกลักษณ์ของโคขุนไทย การแปรรูปเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่า และพัฒนาการส่งออกแบบครบวงจร 4) ด้านการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยการส่งเสริมเกษตรกรในด้านเงินทุน การรวมกลุ่มและการพัฒนาศักยภาพ การจัดตั้งศูนย์สารสนเทศและการจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์โค 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์ในระดับมากที่สุด
