บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี 2. เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของการบริหารการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 432 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ นักการศึกษาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญทางการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 24 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีที่รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษากลุ่มภาคเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการ ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ประกอบด้วย หลักการบริหารและวัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบการบริหาร กระบวนการการบริหารการจัดการ และประเมินผลการดำเนินการของรูปแบบ รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงของรูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์โดยมีค่า Chi-Square = 80.41 ค่า p = 0.20 ค่า df = 71 ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยความคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสองของการประมาณค่า (RMSEA) = 0.012 ดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเหมาะสม (GFI) = .99) แสดงว่ารูปแบบมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ถือเป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีความเหมาะสมเมื่อเทียบกับเกณฑ์การวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์
