การสร้างสันติภาพที่ยั่งยืนในชุมชนพหุลักษณ์ชายแดนใต้บนฐานคิด สิทธิทางวัฒนธรรมและสุขภาวะองค์รวมเพื่อสันติภาพ: บทสำรวจความเป็นไปได้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโอกาสและความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนากลไกส่งเสริมการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีสุขภาวะองค์รวมที่ดี มีการเคารพยอมรับในสิทธิทางวัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างหลากหลายของกันและกันซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การสร้างสันติภาพที่ยั่งยืนในพื้นที่ชายแดนใต้ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยจากเอกสาร ทางวิชาการประเภทงานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2555 - 2565 และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมพหุลักษณ์ชายแดนใต้ถูกตีความอย่างจำกัดอยู่ที่อัตลักษณ์ทางศาสนา ชาติพันธุ์ และวัฒนธรรมของสองกลุ่มวัฒนธรรมหลักของสังคมและอย่างไม่ได้เคารพในสิทธิทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างเสมอภาคเท่าเทียมกัน ทั้งยังละเลยความหลากหลายของชุดอัตลักษณ์อื่นที่อยู่ร่วมสังคมก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกอึดอัดคับข้องใจซึ่งไม่เป็นผลดีต่อการดำรงอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติ 2) กลไกทางสุขภาวะน่าจะเป็นกลไกทางเลือกที่มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำมาใช้ฟื้นฟูความสัมพันธ์และนำสมาชิกในชุมชนพหุลักษณ์ชายแดนใต้ที่เผชิญกับความหวาดระแวงไม่ไว้วางใจกลับมาปฏิสัมพันธ์และอยู่ร่วมกันได้ในฐานะที่เป็นกลไกที่วางอยู่บนฐานการไม่เลือกปฏิบัติไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุใดตามหลักการสิทธิมนุษยชนสากลและหลักการมนุษยธรรม และ 3) การอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมพหุลักษณ์ชายแดนใต้อย่างเคารพยอมรับในอัตลักษณ์ของกันและกันอย่างเสมอภาคจำเป็นต้องใส่ใจในคุณค่าและเปิดพื้นที่ให้อัตลักษณ์ที่แตกต่างหลากหลายได้มีพื้นที่สาธารณะในการแสดงออกมากกว่ามากกว่าที่เป็นอยู่เพื่อลดความรู้สึกเหลื่อมล้ำหรือถูกเลือกปฏิบัติ
