การศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ของนักศึกษา หลักสูตรวิชาชีพการแพทย์แผนไทย (แผน ก.) ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี และปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา (1) การใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ (2) ปัญหาในการใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาการใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกลุ่มประชากร คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรวิชาชีพการแพทย์แผนไทย (แผน ก.) ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี คน และปทุมธานี 150 คน ใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ทดสอบเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการ LSD
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์โดยมีการนำกัญชาไปใช้รักษาโรคมะเร็ง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.50, SD =0.76) นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ ( =4.32, SD =0.64) (2) ปัญหาในการใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ คือ นโยบายของรัฐและกฎหมายมีความไม่ชัดเจน หลักเกณฑ์และขั้นตอนในการนำกัญชาไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์เข้มงวดเกินไป ต้องใช้เงินลงทุนจำนวนมากในการผลิตการศึกษาวิจัยและการพัฒนา และการขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ และข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการใช้ประโยชน์ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาการใช้ประโยชน์จากกัญชาทางการแพทย์ได้ง่ายและสะดวกขึ้น คือ รัฐควรกำหนดนโยบาย และกฎหมายให้ปลูกกัญชาเสรี เพียงแจ้งความจำนงต่อส่วนราชการก็สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ แล้วรัฐควรจัดให้มีการปล่อยสินเชื่อดอกเบี้ยต่ำ ระยะเวลาผ่อนชำระนาน และรัฐควรจัดตั้งสถาบันทำการศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้
