รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบการพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วิธีพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประกอบด้วย ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วิธีพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัล และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้นำเสนอผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานไปใช้ พบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.61) และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.56)
