แนวทางพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียน ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในชั้นเรียนที่มีความแตกต่างหลากหลาย

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในชั้นเรียนที่มีความแตกต่างหลากหลาย โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาไทยระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 5 คน และนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 83 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงโครงสร้างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอน และแบบสอบถามนักเรียน การวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาไทยของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ควรคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างหลายในสภาพจริง ได้แก่ 1) ประสบการณ์และความสามารถในการสอนของครูผู้สอน 2) ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ ความสนใจ และพื้นฐานความพร้อมทางด้านภาษาของนักเรียนแต่ละคน และ 3) ปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ การดูแลสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวของนักเรียน สิ่งแวดล้อมและสื่อการสอนเทคโนโลยี ดังนั้น การวางแผนออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีความสำคัญต่อชั้นเรียนที่มีความแตกต่างหลากหลายในสภาพจริง ซึ่งส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอน และพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านภาษาไทยของนักเรียนแต่ละได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ
