บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ 2) สร้างบทเรียนออนไลน์ตามรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นเกษตรกรไทยจำนวน 280 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบประเมิน ความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ ประกอบด้วย 4 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียน การออกแบบวัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา แหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ การคัดสรรที่เหมาะสม และการประเมินผล ระยะที่ 2 กระบวนการเรียน คือกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองและการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ได้แก่ การกำหนดเป้าหมาย วัตถุประสงค์ และตัวชี้วัด การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์และการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน การกำหนดกระบวนการให้ความช่วยเหลือ และการกำหนดรูปแบบการประเมินผล ระยะที่ 3 ผลผลิต คือ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความพึงพอใจในการเรียน และระยะที่ 4 ผลลัพธ์ คือสมรรถนะการเป็นเกษตรกรปราดเปรื่อง 2) ผลการสร้างบทเรียนออนไลน์ตามรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ ที่ประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.94 และมีประสิทธิภาพ ที่ระดับ 82.50/81.33 และ 3) ผลการศึกษาการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบเปิดฯ พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 90.36 และความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.09)
