บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์และตรวจสอบยืนยันความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สำหรับสถานประกอบการ ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 คน ได้แก่ เจ้าของสถานประกอบการ 4 คน ครูผู้สอน 3 คน เป็นบุคลากรของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ และประสบการณ์ ด้านการเรียนการสอนวิชาชีพร่วมกับสถานประกอบการไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ทักษะปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สำหรับสถานประกอบการ มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะด้านความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน ประกอบด้วย สามารถอ่าน ปฏิบัติ และเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์ตามาตรฐานความปลอดภัย สามารถปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น สามารถจัดสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม และสามารถประเมินความพร้อมของสุขภาพก่อนเริ่มการปฏิบัติงานได้ มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมในระดับมาก 2) ทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน ประกอบด้วย สามารถใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ถูกต้อง สามารถถอด ประกอบชิ้นงานตามขั้นตอน สามารถตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์และความถูกต้องของงาน สามารถส่งมอบงาน บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ประกอบด้วย สามารถรวบรวมปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานได้ สามารถสร้างทางเลือกที่จะแก้ปัญหา สามารถตัดสินใจแก้ไขด้วยหลักการที่ถูกต้อง สามารถเสนอความคิดเห็นอย่างมีเหตุผล สามารถบูรณาการความรู้และทักษะ มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมในระดับมาก และ 4) ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ประกอบด้วย สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลและความรู้ และติดต่อสื่อสารผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต สามารถจัดเก็บและส่งข้อมูลในงานวิชาชีพด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ สามารถนำเสนองานด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ และมีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมในระดับมาก
