Management Model of Quality Child Development Center Under the Local Government Organization

Abstract
This research aimed to establish a model for the management of a quality child development center under the local government organization. There are four phases of research as follows: Phase 1 studies the current state, quality child development center management. Under the supervision of a local government organization. Phase 2, create a quality child development center management model. Under the local government organization. Phase 3: A trial model for the management of a quality child development center under the supervision of the local government organization. And the fourth phase, assessing the child development center management model, quality under the local government organization. The research instruments were questionnaires, interviews and assessments. The statistics used were percentage, mean and standard deviation qualitative data using content analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: Management Model of Quality Child Development Center There are 5components under the local government organization, namely principle, objective, method of operation. Model Evaluation Guidelines and success conditions Component 1: Principle, component 2 Objectives, component 3 Method of Action, component 4 Model Evaluation Guidelines and component 5 The Conditions for Success. Evaluate the performance of the child development center management model quality which under the local government organization model noted that the overall model evaluation on appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness showed at the highest level.
