ภูมิปัญญาและองค์ความรู้การใช้ประโยชน์พืชสมุนไพรของหมอพื้นบ้าน: กรณีศึกษาหมอพื้นบ้านในตำบลชมพู อำเภอมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ความรู้การใช้สมุนไพรและตำรับยาสมุนไพรของ หมอพื้นบ้าน 2) ศึกษาการใช้สมุนไพรหรือยาสมุนไพรอย่างสมเหตุสมผลของหมอพื้นบ้าน 3) ศึกษาการวิเคราะห์ค่าการใช้พืชสมุนไพรและค่าความสอดคล้องของการใช้พืชสมุนไพร การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกหมอพื้นบ้าน จำนวน 10 คน ในตำบลชมพู บ้านอำเภอเนินมะปราง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ และร้อยละ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หมอพื้นบ้านมีตำรับยาทั้งหมด 33 ตำรับ มีจำนวนสมุนไพรทั้งหมด 146 ชนิด มีตำรับยาที่ใช้ในการรักษากลุ่มอาการทางระบบไหลเวียนโลหิตมากที่สุดและมีตำรับยาที่น่าสนใจ 8 ตำรับ 2) หมอพื้นบ้านมีองค์ความรู้การใช้สมุนไพรอย่างสมเหตุสมผลอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ร้อยละ 60 และพฤติกรรมการใช้สมุนไพรอย่างสมเหตุผลอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ร้อยละ 50 3) หมอพื้นบ้านมีการใช้สมุนไพรซ้ำมากที่สุด คือ ข้าวเย็นเหนือ ข้าวเย็นใต้ จากการวิเคราะห์ค่าการใช้พืชสมุนไพร ได้เท่ากับ 1.0 และค่าความสอดคล้องของการใช้พืชสมุนไพร ได้เท่ากับ 0.58 ดังนั้นจากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำแนวคิดไปใช้ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของหมอพื้นบ้านเรื่องการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในระยะต่อไป และพื้นที่ตำบลชมพูยังคงมีความหลากหลายของพันธุ์พืชสมุนไพรเมื่อชาวบ้านเกิดการเจ็บป่วยยังคงใช้วิธีการรักษาด้วยการใช้สมุนไพร
