คุณลักษณะธีมโฮเทลสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวแบบครอบครัวในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะธีมโฮเทลสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวแบบครอบครัวในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณลักษณะธีมโฮเทลสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวแบบครอบครัวในประเทศไทย ควรให้ความสำคัญกับ 1) การออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมตามธีม 2) สภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศตามธีม 3) สวนน้ำและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกตามธีม 4) กิจกรรมและความบันเทิงตามธีม 5) การบริการและสมรรถนะของพนักงานตามธีม 6) วัฒนธรรม 7) กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรู้ 8) เทคโนโลยีและความสะดวกในการใช้งาน 9) ทำเล 10) ความคุ้มค่าและราคา 11) ความปลอดภัย และ 12) การสร้างประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า ซึ่งแนวทางการศึกษาในอนาคต สามารถนำแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไปสร้างกรอบแนวคิด จากนั้นนำไปทดสอบเชิงประจักษ์ต่อไป
