An effective moral school administration model in small secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to study the current problems of effective moral school administration in small-sized schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission; 2) to create a model for an effective moral school administration in small-sized schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission; 3) to experiment a model for an effective moral school administration in small-sized schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission; and 4) to assess a model for an effective moral school administration in small-sized schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The study applied a qualitative research method by studying documents and in-depth interviews. The target group included school administrators and responsible teachers of small-sized schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 28 and 29, in a total of 162 persons. The obtained data were analyzed by way of basic statistics, such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.). From the study, the results found that a model for an effective moral school administration in small-sized schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consists of 7 aspects as follows: 1) Formulation of policies and work plans; 2) Promotion and support; 3) Implementation and the establishment of a mechanism for participation; 4) Supervision and monitoring; 5) Evaluation and measurement; 6) Network building and learning exchange; and 7) The effectiveness that results from a moral school administration.
