กระบวนการให้คำปรึกษาของนักโหราศาสตร์ ในสมาคมโหราศาสตร์นานาชาติ ด้วยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการให้คำปรึกษาของนักโหราศาสตร์ในสมาคมโหราศาสตร์นานาชาติ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอกระบวนการให้คำปรึกษาของนักโหราศาสตร์ในสมาคมโหราศาสตร์นานาชาติด้วยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ โดยการศึกษาและเก็บข้อมูลจากนักโหราศาสตร์ อาจารย์ผู้สอนในหลักสูตรวิชาโหราศาสตร์ และผู้มาขอรับบริการคำปรึกษาจากนักโหราศาสตร์ในสมาคมนานาชาติ จำนวน 27 รูป/คน ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การตีความ โดยนำความรู้จากทฤษฎี วรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง มาร่วมในการพิจารณา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาของผู้มารับบริการคำปรึกษาจากนักโหราศาสตร์ มีความคาดหวังสูงในการที่จะให้นักโหราศาสตร์ช่วยคลี่คลายปัญหาให้กับตน แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็ไม่แน่ใจในความรู้ความสามารถของผู้ให้คำปรึกษา การให้คำปรึกษาพยากรณ์ของนักโหราศาสตร์ที่ไม่มีคุณภาพ ขาดความแม่นยำขององค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ ไม่สามารถเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ตามหลักกัลยาณมิตร และยังขาดการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอริยสัจ 4 ในกระบวนการให้คำปรึกษา 2) กระบวนการให้คำปรึกษาของนักโหราศาสตร์ในสมาคมโหราศาสตร์นานาชาติด้วยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี มีองค์ประกอบทั้งหมด 8 ขั้นตอน 22 วิธีการ ได้แก่อันได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ปฏิสันถารสร้างความคุ้นเคย มี 2 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เปิดใจรับฟังปัญหา มี 2 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 พิจารณาด้วยอริยสัจ มี 2 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล มี 4 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 5 แสวงหาทางออก มี 3 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 6 การเสริมธรรมเสริมปัญญา มี 4 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 7 แนะแนวทางเลือก มี 2 วิธีการ ขั้นตอนที่ 8 รับฟังการตัดสินใจ มี 3 วิธีการ
