Integration of Knowledge into Innovation of Teachers 4.0

Abstract

This research aimed to study (1) Develop learning styles, knowledge development to teachers' innovation in the 4.0 era. (2) Experimental study of integration of knowledge to innovation in teachers of 4.0 and (3) Confirm the learning model, knowledge development to innovation of teachers in the 4.0 era. The samples were randomly assigned into 4 groups covering Nan province, Kanchanaburi province, Phetchabun province and 11 persons per school, total 44 persons. The operation is divided into 2 activities which are 1) group workshop and 2) organize the economic workshop and confirm the proactive teaching and learning model 4.0 With 5 experts. Statistics used are frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis.


The results of the research showed that


1) The model of integration of knowledge to innovation 4.0 developed to contribute to the group receiving the highest satisfaction rating (= 4.54, SD = 0.18) and the data of Learning management has 4 steps which are 1) building awareness, 2) processing, 3) using, and 4) evaluating.


2) The 1st experiment of using the knowledge-based learning model for innovation of teachers in the 4.0 era, the overall performance was at a high level, with compensation (= 4.20, SD = 0.66), the 2nd, the development results were In the high level, the remuneration (= 4.38, SD = 0.54) increased +0.18.


3) The results of the examination of the knowledge model to innovation of teachers in the 4.0 era, based on a survey of 5 people, found that it is pluralism, appropriate and useful as 100 percent
