The objectives of this research were 1) to identifies the risk for internal environment of Thanombutra School, 2) to assesses and evaluate the risk of internal environment of Thanombutra School, 3) to manage and alleviate the risks in the internal environment of Thanombutra School and 4) to manage the residual risks and the assessment risk levels of internal environment of Thanombutra School. The study involved 4 stages, namely 1) the identification of risks in the internal environment of Thanombutra School, 2) the assessment and evaluation the risk of internal environment of Thanombutra School, 3) the management and the risk alleviation of internal environment of Thanombutra School and 4) the management of the residual risks and the assessment risk levels of internal environment of Thanombutra School. The research pattern was the combination of methods in line with the concepts of the environment health in school of the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health, Sophon Phongsophon and Dhorn Suntrayuth. The research population consisted of 13 executives and specialists, and the three research tools were (1) the semi-structural interviews, (2) the check list form, and (3) the evaluation form for risk level. Data were analyzed through content analysis, frequency and percentage. The study results revealed that 1) there were nine risk aspects with 191 risk factors of internal environment of Thanombutra School, 2) the result of assessment and evaluation the risk of internal environment of Thanombutra School showed that 176 risk factors had passed the specified conditions but 15 risk factors failed to do so. 3) Seven of the risk factors that failed to pass the specified conditions had been completely solved while the other eight risk factors that did not pass the specified conditions due to the permanent building structure and the incompatibility with the present-day context were managed through risk alleviation process. and 4) there were no risks residual in the seven risk factors that had been solved and it was found that there were only low levels of residual risks in the eight alleviated risk factors.
