The Model of Poverty Eradication for Sustainable Development Goals of Community in Chiang Rai Province

Abstract

This Article aimed 1) to study the success factors in poverty eradication of communities in Chiang Rai Province 2) to study the driving of the sufficiency economy philosophy to eliminate poverty according to the target of Sustainable development of communities in Chiang Rai Province. 3) To present poverty eradication models in accordance with the goals of sustainable development of communities in Chiang Rai Province. Chiang Rai The group of key informants for in-depth interviews was 25 persons. The group of key informants in the specific group conversation was 12 images/person. Data were collected using structured interview forms. Data were analyzed using triangulation technique. And presenting descriptive forms


The research found that


  1. Success factors for poverty eradication of communities in Chiang Rai Province Found 5 successful factors which can be summarized as follows: (1) the abundance of natural resources 2) having diverse occupational groups 3) supporting from external organizations 4) living with a culture and well-being and 5) Community leaders are reliable and able to build trust among people in the community.

  2. Driving the sufficiency economy philosophy to eliminate poverty in accordance with the sustainable development goals of the communities in Chiang Rai Province, it is found that there are 5 driving processes which can be summarized as follows: 1) Creating impetus is that members of the community will There must be a driving force in order to be mutually involved. 2) Changing learning 3) Creating community plans to the future is to join together. 4) Bringing the principles or plans. 5) Changing methods to achieve sustainable development goals.

  3. Poverty eradication model based on the sustainable development goals of communities in Chiang Rai Province From the study of the process of driving the sufficiency economy philosophy to eliminate poverty to the sustainable development goals of communities in Chiang Rai Province Have found a sustainable poverty eradication model in communities in Chiang Rai Province, summarized as "CMPAC MODEL" consists of 1) C = Create Motivation Internal motivation 2) M = Modify Learning 3) P = Plan Together, Community Future Planning 4) A = Applied Implementation Application of methods and practices, and 5) C = Change for Sustainable Development, methods for sustainable development.
