บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาคุณธรรมของเยาวชนในปัจจุบัน 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักธรรมในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมแก่เยาวชน 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม แก่เยาวชนของศูนย์อบรมคุณธรรม ค่ายพุทธบุตรวัดหนองเลิง อำเภอคำเขื่อนแก้ว จังหวัดยโสธร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพภาคสนาม โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ใช้รูปแบบการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาคุณธรรมของเยาวชนในปัจจุบัน มี 4 ด้าน คือ ปัญหาด้านกตัญญูกตเวที ปัญหาด้านความมีระเบียบวินัย ปัญหาด้านความสามัคคี และปัญหาด้านหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 2) หลักธรรมที่ใช้ในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมแก่เยาวชน คือ หลักศีล 5 หลักความประพฤติที่ดีงามของเยาวชน หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 เพื่อให้เยาวชนมีความสามัคคีและสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ทำให้เยาวชนมีหลักการทำงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จ 3) แนวทางการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมแก่เยาวชน ของศูนย์อบรมคุณธรรม ค่ายพุทธบุตร วัดหนองเลิง อำเภอคำเขื่อนแก้ว จังหวัดยโสธร แบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านกตัญญูกตเวที โดยใช้กิจกรรมแสงเทียนเพื่อแม่ และกิจกรรมผ้าป่ากิเลสทำให้เยาวชนได้สำนึกและตอบแทนผู้มีพระคุณ ด้านความมีระเบียบวินัย โดยใช้กิจกรรมรับประทานอาหารทำให้เยาวชนมีระเบียบวินัย ด้านความสามัคคี ใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 และกิจกรรมนำเสนอแผนภูมิความคิด ทำให้เยาวชนเกิดความสามัคคี และงานประสบผลสำเร็จตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และ ด้านหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ โดยใช้กิจกรรมทอดผ้าป่ากิเลส ทำให้เยาวชนสารภาพความผิดที่เคยทำมา และตั้งใจที่จะทำความดีต่อไปในอนาคต ซึ่งทั้ง 4 ด้านนั้น อยู่ในกรอบของหลักศีล 5 เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตแก่เยาวชนสืบต่อไป
