Abstract

plan, agencies performance, support mechanisms and effectiveness of the project management OTOP Navatwithi tourism community in Phrae province 2) to study the influence of tourism resources, policy action plan, agencies performance and support mechanisms, that has an effect on the effectiveness of the project management OTOP Navatwithi tourism community in Phrae province. and 3) to propose guidelines for promoting the effectiveness of the project management OTOP Navatwithi Tourism Community in Phrae Province. This research was between quantitative research and qualitative research, the sample group used in this study was the population living in 32 villages in 8 districts that were selected according to the administration of the project management OTOP Navatwithi Tourism Community, Phrae Province, with a proportion of 340 income. And all units of the population have equal opportunities. Data analysis using structural equations by using statistical technical tools and using statistical software packages for analysis


           Research findings showed that 1) tourism resources, policy action plan, agencies performance and support mechanisms, which had an effect on the effectiveness of the project management OTOP Navatwithi tourism community overall, it was at a high level. 2) The influence of tourism resources, policy action plan, agencies performance and support mechanisms, which had an effect on the effectiveness of the project management OTOP Navatwithi tourism community in Phrae province. Overall, at a high level. 3) The guidelines for promoting the effectiveness of the project management OTOP Tourism Community in Phrae Province, found that the conservation of environmental resources attractions was important. There were sceneries adjustment, landscape within tourist attractions but maintaining the uniqueness and old culture within the OTOP Navatwithi Tourism Community.
