This research has 3 objectives 1) to construct a program of conscious mind development and participative behavior in garbage management with 4 bhavana principles through buddhist ecology of people in Khlonghok subdistrict, Khlongluang district, Pathumthani province. 2) to experiment the such program and 3) to present the program of conscious mind development and participative behavior in garbage management with 4 bhavana principles through Buddhist ecology of people in Khlonghok subdistrict, Khlongluang district, Pathumthani province. The findings identified that 1) a construction of program consisted of (1) program principle (2) program goal (3) program objective (4) program content (5) program time (6) a selection of dharma – preacher (7) related media and equipment and (8) program evaluation.
2) An experimentation of program showed the scores of 4 bhavana knowledge, conscious mind and behavior in garbage management having more at 0.5 level in pretest. Experimental group, afterwards of 1 month in taking course, had more score of 4 bhavana knowledge, conscious mind and behavior in garbage management than control group at 0.5 level in pretest and posttest.
3) A presentation of program i.e. (1) by program, adding easy content more (2) by personnel, filling assistant instructor (3) by course of 4 bhavana, getting acting absolutely (4) by media and equipment, demonstrating tangible picture and easy verbal motto (5) taking an explanatory of surrounding environment and (6) by time, having plus number of times.
