ฉลาดโอน: การพัฒนาระบบเว็บไซต์และสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการตรวจสอบข้อมูลมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์และช่วยเหลือเหยื่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเว็บไซต์ฉลาดโอนและสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ในการใช้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยลดปัญหาการหลอกลวง การฉ้อโกง จากมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบเว็บไซต์ฉลาดโอน
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำขั้นตอน SDLC แบบ Waterfall model มาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ทดลองใช้ระบบเว็บไซต์ฉลาดโอนและสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ในการใช้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยลดปัญหาการหลอกลวง การฉ้อโกง จากมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ใช้งานจริงจำนวน 72 คน
ข้อค้นพบ: ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระบบที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถใช้งานได้จริงและสามารถตรวจสอบมิจฉาชีพก่อนโอนได้จริงโดยตรวจสอบชื่อบัญชีธนาคาร เลขที่บัญชีธนาคาร/พร้อมเพย์/ทรูวอลเล็ต SMS หรือเบอร์โทรอีกทั้งระบบยังช่วยให้สามารถแจ้งชื่อคนโกงได้จริงรวมไปถึงมีระบบฟังก์ชันในการช่วยตรวจสอบและช่วยรวบรวมหลักฐานช่วยให้ผู้เสียหายมีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน พร้อมสำหรับการแจ้งความดำเนินคดี และจากการใช้งานระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 72 คน มีความพึงพอใจต่อภาพรวมระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.14, S.D. = 1.01)
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: เว็บไซต์ฉลาดโอนและสร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์ในครั้งนี้ เป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่จะช่วยลดอาชญากรรมออนไลน์ได้ เนื่องจากในระบบนี้มีฟังก์ชันที่ทำให้ผู้ซื้อสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ขายหรือผู้รับโอนเงินที่เคยมีผู้แจ้งประวัติฉ้อโกงได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบที่ช่วยในการรวบรวมเอกสารหลักฐานที่ใช้ในการดำเนินคดี ทำให้ประหยัดเวลาในการแจ้งความดำเนินคดี
